The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The SWI-SNF complex is involved in transcriptional activation through ATP-dependent remodeling of nucleosome structure. Brm (SNF2α) and Brg-1 (SNF2β) are the ATPase subunits of the mammalian SWI-SNF complex. Core components include Brm, Brg-1, Ini1 (SNF5), BAF155 (SRG3), and BAF170, which together enhance chromatin remodeling activity. Additional subunits such as hSNF2L and hSNF2H are homologs of Drosophila ISWI and function in related chromatin remodeling complexes like NURF.
