Product Specific Information
This antibody detects endogenous levels of NFAT5 only when phosphorylated at Ser134.
Target Information
The nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) transcription complex regulates the expression of proteins involved in immune response. Four NFAT proteins (NFAT1–NFAT4) are encoded by separate genes and expressed as splice variants. NFAT5 differs from these isoforms by lacking Fos/Jun contact sites and having calcineurin-independent localization.
