Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MARK3 is a kinase involved in regulating cell polarity through phosphorylation of microtubule-associated proteins (MAPs).
Activated by phosphorylation, MARK3 phosphorylates tau proteins such as MAP2 and MAP4.
Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for MARK3.
