Target Information
MIG (CXCL9) is a T-cell chemoattractant induced by gamma interferon and a member of the CXC chemokine family. This gene is located on chromosome 4q21. CXCL9 plays roles in T-cell activation, angiogenesis, and HIV infection. Unlike most CXC chemokines that attract neutrophils, MIG and INP10 are chemotactic for lymphocytes.
