Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are highly conserved and abundantly expressed proteins with diverse functions such as protein complex assembly, membrane transport of nascent peptides, and protein folding regulation.
HSPA14 (Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 14), also known as HSP70-4 or HSP70L1, is a 509 amino acid protein derived from human dendritic cells. It belongs to the heat shock protein 70 family and is believed to promote dendritic cell maturation.
HSPA14 may also stimulate secretion of proinflammatory cytokines including IL-12p70, IL-1β, TNFα, and chemokines IP-10, MIP-1α, MIP-1β, and RANTES.
