Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
ADP-ribosylation factor 1 (ARF1) is a member of the human ARF gene family, encoding small guanine nucleotide-binding proteins that stimulate ADP-ribosyltransferase activity of cholera toxin. ARF proteins play a role in vesicular trafficking as activators of phospholipase D.
The ARF family includes 6 ARF proteins and 11 ARF-like proteins, belonging to the RAS superfamily.
ARF proteins are categorized as:
- Class I: ARF1, ARF2, ARF3
- Class II: ARF4, ARF5
- Class III: ARF6
ARF1 is localized to the Golgi apparatus and plays a central role in intra-Golgi transport. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
