For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

This gene encodes a mitochondrial metalloprotease protein belonging to the AAA family. Members of this family share an ATPase domain and participate in cellular processes such as membrane trafficking, intracellular motility, organelle biogenesis, protein folding, and proteolysis.
Mutations in this gene are associated with autosomal recessive spastic paraplegia 7. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified.
