TNFR2 (tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1B)는 TNFSF2/TNF-alpha에 대한 높은 친화도를 가지며, TNFSF1/lymphotoxin-alpha에 대해서는 낮은 친화도를 보입니다.
TRAF1/TRAF2 복합체는 TNFRSF1B/TNFR2에 BIRC2 및 BIRC3를 모집하여 세포사 억제 기능을 수행합니다.
TNFR2는 TNF-alpha의 대사적 효과 대부분을 매개합니다.
