Target Information
Fibrinogen은 혈장 내 응고 단백질로, 혈관 손상 후 thrombin에 의해 절단되어 fibrin을 형성합니다. 이는 혈전의 주요 구성 요소입니다. Fibrinogen은 FGA, FGB, FGG 세 가지 비동일 사슬 쌍으로 구성된 이합체이며, N-말단 부위에서 이황화 결합으로 연결됩니다. 분자는 두 개의 D 말단 도메인과 하나의 중앙 E 도메인을 가지며, plasmin에 의해 분해될 때 각각 분리됩니다. 이 유전자 변이는 dysfibrinogenemia, afibrinogenemia, renal amyloidosis 등의 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
