Target Information
Alpha-1-AT는 간에서 합성되며 trypsin, elastase, chymotrypsin, collagenase, leucocytic proteases, plasmin, thrombin 등의 단백분해효소를 억제합니다. 결핍 시 폐 실질 조직이 손상되어 만성 폐질환(폐기종) 및 영아 간경변, 신생아 호흡곤란과 관련됩니다. 조직 괴사 및 염증 시 급성기 반응으로 증가하며, 류마티스 관절염, 세균 감염, 혈관염, 암 전이 시 혈청 농도가 상승합니다.
