Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
AGR2 (anterior gradient protein 2) and AGR3 are members of the anterior gradient homolog family. These secreted cytoplasmic proteins are involved in metastasis induction and p53 tumor suppressor inhibition.
They may serve as molecular markers and potential therapeutic targets for hormone-responsive breast tumors.
AGR2 is ubiquitously expressed and upregulated in prostate, breast, lung, renal, and endometrial carcinomas. Its expression correlates positively with estrogen receptor (ER) and negatively with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).
