The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
Lymphotactin (XCL1) is a member of the C-chemokine family that acts as a chemoattractant for lymphocytes but not for monocytes or neutrophils. It plays a key role in lymphocyte trafficking and inflammation. XCL1 signals through the chemokine receptor XCR1 and is highly expressed in the spleen, with lower expression in the lungs, small intestine, and colon. It is abundantly produced by activated T cells, particularly CD8+ T cells, and by NK cells.
