Product Specific Information
Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD45RB is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase and a CD45 glycoprotein.
CD45 plays a crucial role in lymphocyte development and antigen signaling, regulating Src-family kinases and promoting cell survival through integrin-mediated pathways.
It is also involved in DNA fragmentation during apoptosis. CD45 isoforms differ in extracellular domains but share identical transmembrane and cytoplasmic regions.
Expression of CD45RB occurs in microglia and inflammatory cells. CD45 is expressed on human hematopoietic cells except mature red cells.
