Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD45RB is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase, a CD45 glycoprotein crucial for lymphocyte development and antigen signaling. It regulates Src-family kinases and promotes cell survival by modulating integrin-mediated signal transduction. CD45 isoforms share identical transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains but differ in extracellular regions and expression depending on cell type and physiological state.
CD45RB is expressed in microglia and inflammatory cells, involved in immunoreceptor signaling and apoptosis-related DNA fragmentation. CD45 is expressed on human hematopoietic cells except mature red blood cells.
