Target Information
GEF-H1 activates Rho GTPases by promoting the exchange of GDP and GTP. Rho GTPases are critical regulators of various cellular processes initiated by extracellular stimuli through G protein-coupled receptors.
GEF-H1 may be involved in:

- Cell motility and polarization
- Dendritic spine morphology
