Product Specific Information
This antibody detects endogenous levels of NEDD4L only when phosphorylated at Ser342.
Target Information
NEDD4L is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that accepts ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme and transfers it to target substrates. It inhibits TGF-beta signaling by promoting ubiquitination and degradation of SMAD2 and TGFR1. NEDD4L also regulates plasma membrane channel internalization and degradation, including ENaC, Nav channels, Kv1.3, EAAT1, and CLC5, as well as SGK.
