This MA57YW monoclonal antibody recognizes human B7-H7 on live and paraformaldehyde-fixed cells.
- Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
- Applications Tested: Pre-diluted and tested on HDLM-2 cell line
- Recommended use: 5 µL (0.5 µg) per test
- A test is defined as staining a cell sample in 100 µL final volume
- Cell number range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test
Fluorochrome characteristics:
PE-eFluor 610 can be excited with laser lines from 488–561 nm and emits at 607 nm.
Recommended filter: 610/20 band pass (PE-Texas Red equivalent).
Ensure instrument compatibility with this fluorochrome.
Light sensitivity:
This tandem dye is sensitive to photo-induced oxidation. Protect vial and stained samples from light.

Target Information
B7-H7 (also known as HHLA2) is a membrane protein with three Ig-like domains (IgV-IgC-IgV), unlike other B7 family members with two domains.
It shows 10–18% amino acid identity and 23–33% similarity to other B7 proteins.
B7-H7 is expressed in epithelial cells of gallbladder, breast, kidney, colon, small intestine, and placenta.
In the immune system, HHLA2 is not constitutively expressed on human monocytes/macrophages.
It is widely expressed in cancers, especially triple-negative breast cancer.
