CD127 (Interleukin-7 receptor, IL-7R)은 림포포이에시스 조절에 관여하는 당단백질입니다. IL7R은 α/γ 체인 이합체 형태로 활성화되며, γ(c) 체인은 신호전달 활성화에, α 체인은 세포 내 신호전달 특이성을 결정합니다.
CD127은 전구 B 세포, 흉선세포, T 세포 전구체, 성숙한 CD4+ 및 CD8+ T 세포의 증식을 촉진합니다.
CD127 기능 이상은 중증 복합 면역결핍증(SCID) 및 T 음성/B 음성/NK 양성 SCID와 관련이 있습니다.
