Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems clone specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits, followed by screening to select optimal clones for production.

Target Information
IL-3Ra (Interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha) belongs to the type I cytokine receptor family and forms a heterodimer with the common beta (βc or CDw131) subunit.
IL-3Ra mediates the signal transduction of Interleukin-3. Heterodimerization of IL-3Ra and IL-3Rb chains is induced by IL-3, which is necessary for receptor activation.
IL-3Ra is reported to be overexpressed in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) blasts compared to normal hematopoietic cells, making it a potential therapeutic target.
