The KJ1-26 anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibody binds the T-cell receptor (TCR) expressed on DO11.10 and DO11.10.24 murine T cell hybridomas, but not on other hybridomas tested.
The TCR expressed on DO11.10 recognizes an ovalbumin peptide in the context of I-A^d^ major histocompatibility molecules.
DO11.10 and KJ1-26 have been instrumental in elucidating T cell immunity mechanisms.

Target Information

TCR DO11 (DO11.10) is a receptor found on lymphocytes of DO11.10 transgenic mice and T-cell receptors of BALB/c-derived DO11.10 and DO11.10.24 T cell hybridomas.
It recognizes a C-terminal ovalbumin peptide (OVA 323–339) in the context of I-Ad major histocompatibility molecules.
Antibodies against DO11.10 are widely used to study T cell activation, development, and immune function.
