For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

Androgen receptor (AR) coactivator ARA70, also designated NCOA4, RFG, and ELE1, is a co-activator that enhances androgen receptor activity.
In human thyroid carcinomas, the Ret proto-oncogene fuses to ARA70 to form Ret/PTC3 via intrachromosomal inversion.
ARA70 exists as two isoforms: ARA70a and ARA70b.

• ARA70a: Widely expressed; highest in testis and adipose tissues.
• ARA70b: Expressed only in testis.
  ARA70a functions as a ligand-enhanced co-activator of PPARγ in adipocytes.
  ARA70 may play roles in prostate and ovarian carcinogenesis and mediate estrogen-androgen synergism.
