CD371 (Clec12A, Myeloid Inhibitory C-type Lectin-like receptor, MICL)은 세포막에 존재하는 고도로 당화된 막 단백질로, 세포 내 ITIM 도메인을 통해 SHP1 및 SHP2와 상호작용합니다.
주로 과립구, 단핵구, 대식세포, 수지상세포(특히 형질세포성 수지상세포)에 발현되며, NK 세포에서의 발현은 논란이 있습니다.
