Target Information
ADFP (Adipophilin)은 인간, 소, 쥐의 유즙지질구에 존재하는 단백질로, 구형막 표면 물질과 연관된 막주변 단백질입니다. 원래 지방세포 특이적으로 알려졌으나, 다양한 세포주(섬유아세포, 내피세포, 상피세포 등)에서도 발현됩니다.
조직 내에서는 젖샘 상피세포, 부신피질세포, Sertoli 및 Leydig 세포, 그리고 지방 변성 간세포 등 특정 세포에서 발현됩니다.
ADFP는 지질방울을 포함한 특수 분화세포의 표지자로, 지방 축적 관련 질환 연구에 유용합니다.
