Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned, and individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Protein NUMB homolog is a conserved protein that regulates differentiation of neuronal progenitor cells. It functions in clathrin-dependent endocytosis by binding to the AP-2 complex. NUMB is expressed in postmitotic neurons and contributes to axonal growth. Neural cells expressing Numb isoforms with short phosphotyrosine-binding (SPTB) domain show extensive neurite outgrowth, which can be inhibited by voltage-gated Ca²⁺ channel inhibitors or Ca²⁺ chelators.
