Pacific Blue™ dye is optimally excited by the violet laser and conjugates of this dye are strongly fluorescent even at neutral pH.
Pacific Blue™ and Pacific Orange™ dye conjugates can be simultaneously excited at 405 nm and emit at 455 nm and 551 nm, respectively, enabling two-color analysis.

Target Information

CD20 is a non-glycosylated surface phosphoprotein (33–37 kDa) expressed on mature and most malignant B cells, as well as on a subpopulation of T lymphocytes and follicular dendritic cells.
It regulates transmembrane calcium conductance, cell cycle progression, and B-cell proliferation.
CD20 is associated with lipid rafts, and its localization is influenced by extracellular signaling and BCR aggregation.
Following receptor ligation, CD20 remains at the cell surface while BCR undergoes endocytosis.
CD20 is a key target for antibody-mediated B-cell depletion therapies, as it is highly expressed on B-cell malignancies and remains stable on the membrane after treatment.
Diseases associated with CD20 dysfunction include Ms4a1-related common variable immune deficiency.
