Target Information
단백질 키나아제(Protein kinases)는 인산기 공여체(주로 ATP의 γ-인산기)로부터 기질 단백질의 아미노산 잔기로 인산기를 전달하는 효소입니다. 이러한 기본 메커니즘을 통해 단백질 키나아제는 진핵세포에서 대부분의 신호 전달을 매개하며, 세포 대사, 전사, 세포 주기 진행, 세포골격 재배열 및 이동, 세포사멸, 분화 등을 조절합니다. 500개 이상의 유전자 산물을 포함하는 단백질 키나아제 계열은 진핵세포에서 가장 큰 단백질 계열 중 하나로, 티로신(PTK) 또는 세린/트레오닌(STK) 키나아제 촉매 도메인의 서열 비교에 따라 8개의 주요 그룹으로 분류됩니다.
