Target Information
NOR-1 (NR4A3)는 신경 발달, T세포 세포자멸사 및 암 발달에 관여하는 NR4 신경 성장 인자 유사 수용체입니다. NOR-1은 NBRE (NGFI-B response element)에 결합하여 POMC 유전자를 조절하며, 다양한 자극에 의해 빠르고 일시적으로 유도됩니다. NOR-1 및 기타 NGFI-B 계열 단백질의 발현 감소는 약물 중독 성향과 관련이 있습니다. 인간 단백질의 세 가지 이소폼(NOR-1, NOR-1β, NOR-1 3′ variant)이 보고되었습니다.
