Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal production candidates.

Target Information
CCR7 is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family, specifically within the chemokine subfamily. It is induced by the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and mediates EBV effects on B lymphocytes.
CCR7 is expressed in blood, bone marrow, lymph node, and intestine, particularly in lymphoid tissues and activated B and T lymphocytes. It regulates migration of memory T cells to inflamed tissues and promotes dendritic cell maturation.
The specific ligand for CCR7 is chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 19 (CCL19/ECL).
Other receptors in the C-C chemokine family include CCR1, CCR2A, CCR3, CCR4, CCR5, and the Duffy blood group antigen, all involved in T cell chemotaxis and phagocytic cell migration to inflammation sites.
