Product Specific Information

  • For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of ~1 mg/mL.
  • For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Proteolytic degradation is essential for maintaining proper levels of short-lived and regulatory proteins involved in cellular metabolism, stress response, antigen presentation, receptor modulation, cell cycle regulation, transcription, and signaling.

Defects in this pathway are linked to diseases such as cystic fibrosis, Angelman’s syndrome, and Liddle syndrome.
