For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Anaplastic Lymphoma Receptor Tyrosine Kinase (ALK) is part of the insulin receptor superfamily and plays a critical role in brain development. Mutations, rearrangements, and amplifications of the ALK gene are associated with various tumors, including anaplastic large cell lymphoma, neuroblastoma, and non-small cell lung cancer.
Chromosomal rearrangements often create a fusion gene between ALK and the nucleophosmin (NPM) gene, resulting in an oncogenic NPM-ALK fusion protein. ALK is a receptor protein-tyrosine kinase with transmembrane and extracellular domains, showing high similarity to LTK. It functions in neural development and affects specific neurons.
