Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

NT2 세포주에서의 발현 연구 결과, 레티노산에 의해 유도되는 신경 분화 초기 과정에 관련되어 있을 가능성이 제시되었습니다.
이 유전자는 17q21 염색체 영역에서 WNT3A와 함께 클러스터되어 있습니다.
