Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Chromosomal translocation t(1;19) with TCF3/E2A is associated with pre-B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
The resulting fusion protein constitutively activates transcription of PBX-regulated genes.
Alternative splicing results in multiple isoforms.
