Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
ZCRB1 is a nuclear protein first identified in a differential display screen involving morphine-dependence-related genes. Its expression increases following morphine treatment and is elevated in HepG2 cells. ZCRB1 contains a CCHC-type zinc finger RNA-binding motif and interacts with the DNA-binding domain of the stem cell regulator C/EBP transcription factors. It was identified as a component of U11/U12 snRNPs, which are part of the U12-type spliceosome, suggesting a key role in U12-type splicing.
