Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
This gene encodes a homolog of Drosophila prickle. Although the exact function is not fully understood, studies in mice suggest a role in seizure prevention. Mutations in this gene are associated with progressive myoclonic epilepsy type 5.
