Target Information
Synaptotagmin 1은 신경 시냅스 소포막의 glycoprotein으로, Ca²⁺ 센서로 작용하여 신경전달물질 방출을 조절합니다. SNAP25와의 Ca²⁺ 의존적 결합은 막 융합을 유도하는 데 필수적이며, C2B 결합 도메인의 특정 잔기가 소포 크기와 내포율을 결정합니다. Synaptotagmin 1은 신경 시냅스 활성 영역에서 소포의 막 상호작용을 조절하며, 산성 인지질과 Ca²⁺ 의존적으로 결합합니다. 또한 neurexin, syntaxin, AP2 등과 Ca²⁺ 비의존적으로 결합할 수 있습니다. Synaptotagmin 1의 기능 이상은 식중독 및 영아 보툴리즘과 관련이 있습니다.
