Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
TXNL5 is a disulfide reductase that participates in various redox reactions through reversible oxidation of its active center dithiol to a disulfide and catalyzes dithiol-disulfide exchange reactions. It modulates TNF-alpha signaling and NF-kappa-B activation, has peroxidase activity, and may contribute to the elimination of cellular hydrogen peroxide.
