Ribosomes는 단백질 합성을 촉매하는 세포 소기관으로, 작은 40S 소단위체와 큰 60S 소단위체로 구성됩니다. 이 항체의 표적 단백질은 40S 소단위체의 구성 요소이며 S19P 리보솜 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다. 세포질에 위치하며, 인슐린종, 식도암, 결장암 등 여러 종양에서 활성화된 것으로 보고되었습니다. 리보솜 단백질 유전자의 일반적인 특징으로, 이 유전자는 여러 처리된 유사유전자를 포함하고 있으며, 대체 스플라이싱으로 다양한 전사체 변이가 생성됩니다.
