Target Information
IFIT3는 인터페론에 의해 유도되는 항바이러스 단백질로, 세포 및 바이러스 과정, 세포 이동, 증식, 신호전달 및 바이러스 복제를 억제합니다. MAVS와 TBK1을 연결하는 어댑터로 작용하여 IRF3 인산화를 유도하고 항바이러스 유전자 전사를 촉진합니다. 또한 CDKN1A/p21 및 CDKN1B/p27의 발현을 증가시켜 항증식 활성을 나타내며, COPS5의 세포질 격리를 통해 핵 내 CDKN1B/p27 수준을 증가시킵니다. MYC를 억제하여 CDKN1A/p21을 상향 조절하며, IFIT2의 세포사멸 효과를 음성 조절할 수 있습니다.
