For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

This gene encodes a scaffold protein that interacts with GTP-bound Rho proteins. Binding of this protein inhibits the GTPase activity of Rho proteins, potentially interfering with the conversion of active GTP-bound Rho to inactive GDP-bound form by RhoGAP.
Rho proteins regulate key cellular processes such as cytokinesis, transcription, smooth muscle contraction, cell growth, and transformation. Dysregulation of the Rho signaling pathway is implicated in various cancers. Alternative splicing produces multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
