Target Information
Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP)는 수지상세포의 성숙 및 활성화를 유도하는 중요한 인자로 알려져 있습니다. 이 단백질은 조절 T세포의 양성 선택, CD4+ T세포 항상성 유지, 및 알레르기 반응 유도에 관여합니다. 또한 TSLP는 태아 간 및 성체 B세포 전구체의 성장과 IgM 양성 단계로의 분화를 지원합니다.
TSLP 수용체(TSLP-R)는 단독으로는 낮은 친화도로 TSLP를 결합하지만, IL-7R-alpha와 공동 발현 시 높은 친화도의 기능적 이합체 복합체를 형성합니다. 이 복합체는 STAT5를 통해 신호를 전달하며 SOCS-1에 의해 억제될 수 있습니다.
