Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The ELF1 gene encodes an E26 transformation-specific related transcription factor. The protein is primarily expressed in lymphoid cells and functions as both an enhancer and a repressor to regulate transcription of various genes.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
