Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
T-box 3 (TBX3) is a member of a conserved family of transcription factors sharing a T-box DNA-binding domain.
It functions as a transcriptional repressor involved in developmental regulation, particularly in limb and mammary gland development.
Mutations in TBX3 cause ulnar-mammary syndrome (MIM 181450), affecting limb, gland, and genital formation.
Overexpression of TBX3 has been linked to tumorigenesis and osteoblast differentiation.
