Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The CYTH4 gene encodes a protein belonging to the PSCD family, characterized by:
- N-terminal coiled-coil motif for homodimerization
- Central Sec7 domain with guanine-nucleotide exchange protein (GEP) activity
- C-terminal pleckstrin homology (PH) domain for phospholipid interaction and membrane association
These proteins regulate protein sorting and membrane trafficking. CYTH4 exhibits GEP activity with ARF1 and ARF5 but not ARF6. CYTH4 and CYTH1 share highly similar structures.
