Target Information
AXL은 만성 골수성 백혈병 및 다양한 암(대장암, 흑색종 등)과 관련된 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 세포 외 기질로부터 신호를 세포질로 전달합니다.
TAM 수용체는 세포자멸사 세포의 식작용에도 관여하며, TAM 수용체 결핍 마우스는 자가면역성 질환과 관련된 표현형을 보입니다.
또한 AXL은 필로바이러스의 잠재적 수용체로 기능할 수 있으며, 특정 인간 혈액 수지상세포 집단(Siglec 6+/Axl+)의 표지자로 사용됩니다.
AXL의 세포 발현은 TLR 리간드(LPS, poly I:C 등)에 의해 상향 조절될 수 있으며, 용해형 AXL은 막형 AXL의 단백질분해 절단으로 생성됩니다.
혈장 내 AXL 농도 증가는 염증 및 암과 관련될 수 있습니다.
