- This antibody is predicted to react with mouse based on sequence homology.
- Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as ~150 kDa band and upon reduction generates a ~25 kDa light chain band and a ~50 kDa heavy chain.
- Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits.

Target Information
Pax 3 (Paired Box 3) is a transcription factor involved in the development of the peripheral nervous system, melanocytes, vascular smooth muscle, and other derivatives. It regulates neurogenesis in pre-migratory neural crest cells from the dorsal neural tube and in myogenic progenitors in the presomitic mesoderm and hypaxial somites.
Alternative splicing results in isoforms with different C-termini.
