Target Information
HPV E7 단백질은 작은 아연 결합 인산화 단백질로, 핵 내에 위치합니다. HPV16 E7은 98개의 아미노산(15 kDa)로 구성되어 있으며, 아데노바이러스 E1A 단백질과 구조적·기능적으로 유사합니다.
N-말단의 첫 16개 아미노산은 E1A 단백질의 CR1 영역과 상동성을 가지며, 37번째 아미노산까지의 영역은 CR2 전체와 상동성을 보입니다.
이 두 영역은 세포 변형에 필수적인 것으로 알려져 있으며, CR2 영역에는 종양 억제 단백질 pRb와 결합하는 LXCXE 모티프(잔기 22-26)가 포함되어 있습니다.
