For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is a major cause of acute and chronic liver disease and is the most common form of parenterally transmitted viral hepatitis. Approximately 350 million people are affected worldwide. Immunization against HBV is a key component of preventive medicine and is offered to children in many countries.
HBV belongs to the Hepadnaviridae family and typically causes more severe disease than hepatitis A virus. In some individuals, persistent infection can lead to hepatocellular carcinoma. There are around 400 million HBV carriers globally, making HBV one of the most prevalent human pathogens.
