Antibody detects endogenous levels of LRRK2 only when phosphorylated at Ser910.

Target Information

LRRK2 is a multidomain protein that includes a kinase domain, a GTPase domain, and a leucine-rich repeat (LRR) domain.
Mutations in LRRK2 have been associated with Parkinson’s disease.
LRRK2 encodes a protein with ankyrin repeat, leucine-rich repeat, kinase, DFG-like motif, RAS, GTPase, MLK-like, and WD40 domains.
The protein is largely cytoplasmic but also associates with the mitochondrial outer membrane.
