- 본 항체는 rat 시료에는 반응하지 않습니다.
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 실온에서 30분간 항체를 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0)에서 10–20분간 끓인 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 과정이 필요합니다.
Target Information
Caldesmon은 평활근 및 비근육 세포의 수축에 관여하는 발달 조절 단백질입니다. 인간 Caldesmon은 두 가지 변형체(h-caldesmon, 120–150 kDa / l-caldesmon, 70–80 kDa)가 존재하며, 각각 평활근과 비근육 조직에서 발현됩니다. 골격근에서는 두 변형체 모두 검출되지 않습니다.
