TNFR1 (Tumor necrosis factor receptor 1)은 TNF 수용체 초가족에 속하며, 주요 TNF-alpha 수용체 중 하나입니다.
TNFR1은 사이토카인 매개 신호전달, NF-κB 경로의 양성 조절, 혈관신생의 양성 조절, 유전자 발현의 음성 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
TNFR1의 세포외 도메인은 순환계로 방출되어 가용성 TNFR1(sTNFR1) 형태로 존재합니다.
인간에서는 TNFR1 유전자가 12번 염색체에 위치합니다.
BCL2-associated athanogene 4 (BAG4/SODD) 및 어댑터 단백질 TRADD, TRAF2가 TNFR1과 상호작용하여 수용체 매개 신호전달 조절에 관여합니다.
TNFR1의 세포외 도메인 생식세포 돌연변이는 상염색체 우성 주기열 증후군과 관련이 있으며, 수용체 제거 장애가 질병의 기전으로 제시됩니다.
